Stay connected a Nomad eSIM for your next remote work adventure
Having reliable and good connectivity is essential, especially if you will be working remotely. As you prepare to embark on an adventure to Türkiye or Italy, one of your considerations would be how you can stay connected.
For long-term stays, it might be worth considering getting a local number as it could be useful in your daily lives. But getting a long-term local number might not always be straightforward and might take some time.
Consider getting a travel eSIM to help you tide through the initial period of time when you first arrive at your destination before you get your phone line set up. A travel eSIM for Türkiye or a travel eSIM for Italy will come in handy for situations like this.
You can easily buy a travel eSIM online, and installation and activation is a straightforward process. With a travel eSIM, you can get connected once you arrive at your destination.
This will reduce the urgency for you to get a local data plan or local number, and you can focus on settling down and sorting out all the other matters for your stay.
Nomad has various plans for each destination, ranging from 1GB to 10GB, with data from as low as USD1.60/GB. Alternatively, if you simply require data for the first few days of your trip while you settle down, considering getting a day plan.
Day plans have shorter validity, and are priced based on the duration of your plan and the amount of high-speed data you need each day — both variables can be configured by you. If you have completely used up your high-speed quota for the day, you can still continue to use the internet at a throttled speed of 512kbps. High-speed data quota refreshes at the start of each day.
