Pa Tong Go is a very popular Thai deep-fried dough similar to the Chinese fried dough fritters, and is a daily standard in the local street food culture. Pa Tong Go can be enjoyed at any time of the day, and is a very common option for breakfast. It is often eaten with Jok, or for those who prefer something sweet, a common choice would be for it to be dipped into Thai condensed milk, milo jam, or kaya jam. Pa Tong Go is often sold by street vendors, and you would almost definitely see it being sold along the streets of Bangkok. Otherwise, you can visit Pa Tong Go Savoey at Bangkok’s Chinatown for one of the most popular Pa Tong Gos.
